We are now seeking several summer substitutes for security guard positions in Malmö. The role suits you if you are flexible, meticulous, and can easily adapt to different environments and tasks. You have a strong security mindset, enjoy working both independently and in a team, and are confident in communicating in Swedish – both verbally and in writing.

To be considered for the position, you need to have:

• Complete and valid security guard training (VU1 + VU2)
• Driver's license (B)
• No criminal record, drug-free, and have organized finances
• Approval from the County Administrative Board for work within an authorized security company

We are looking for someone who is:

• Social, adaptable, and unpretentious
• Punctual, meticulous, and responsible
• Positive, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Accustomed to following instructions and writing clear reports
• Technically savvy – comfortable with alarm and reporting systems
• Service-oriented and professional in your interactions

Preferred qualifications include:

• Completed military basic training (GMU)
• Multilingualism
